Prayer

The Lord’s Prayer contains at least 23 revelations of prayer. It is a pattern for effective prayer, designed to reveal to God’s people the supernatural, glorious, and unspeakable mysteries of the new life in Jesus. The revelations are listed after Jesus’ words (Matthew 6: 8-12).

8. Be specific and agree with the Lord.

9. Repentance should always be part of prayer.

10. Confession: we should confess our sins daily.

11. Responsibility: we have debts and obligations in our walk with and service to the Lord

12. Forgiveness: we have to know we are forgiven and free
