Everything about the only true God is an eternal revelation.

Everything about the gospel is about Jesus.

God has given Himself in totality to the world and to every person. He gives Himself through His Son.

For believers, God is our everything.

https://vavasseur-antiques.com/fg50hi25o Even for unbelievers, God is their everything, though they do not realize it.

https://www.sigmbi.org/hw10xk4ovy He has given every person the totality of all that they are and have.

He gives unbelievers their life, soul, eternity in their heart, faith, choice and every good thing they receive and have.

https://velvet-avocats.com/pktz58p He created them. He made them into His own image and likeness. Their soul is eternal and priceless, worth more than the world and everything in it. They will exist forever, either in heaven or hell.

https://eclecticcloset.ca/2022/09/vsjo4gm He sustains them their entire life. He gives them breath. He keeps them alive. He created and gives them everything that keeps them alive.

https://10rate.com/vmwgmwg Their life is in His hand. If He withdrew His hand, they would die instantly (Job 12:10).

He does the same for every person they rely on, even for every person in the world (Job 12:10).

https://sepiabodoni-expo.com/f7in2nryr4s God has made Himself clear, obvious and apparent to every person, including those who never hear the gospel.

https://wsbeorchids.org/2022/jax93to9m0d Those who do hear about Jesus are fortunate. They have heard the indisputable proof of God’s love for the world: His Son, the savior of the world. More is required of them.

Just as we miss His revelations in the natural, we often miss them in the Bible.

Yet, everything in the Bible reveals Jesus Christ. Great teachers reveal the Bible’s fascinating parallel structure. Some examples:

God restored the world in seven days.

There are seven covenants in three eras: five before Jesus, the new covenant, and the everlasting covenant.

Every covenant has three elements: promises, conditions and a seal. Every covenant required the shedding of blood.

Before the flood, Noah brought seven clean pairs of all animals into the ark, for sacrifice.

The tabernacle had seven stations in three sections. The entire tabernacle reveals Jesus Christ.

The priest sprinkled blood seven times on the leper, a prophecy and revelation of Jesus cleansing a sinner (Leviticus 14).

Aaron the priest sprinkled blood seven times on the mercy seat of the Ark of the Covenant (Lev. 16).

There are seven feasts in three seasons. All the feasts reveal Jesus. He has fulfilled the first four and will fulfill the final three.

There are seven results of the anointing (Luke 4).

There are seven revelations of Jesus at the beginning of the Gospel of John (John 1:1-13).

There are seven “I am” revelations of Jesus with seven corresponding miracles in John. One of the “I am” passages has three specific revelations.

Before His passion, Jesus was inspected seven times and found to be perfect.

Jesus shed His blood seven times in three revelations: four times before the cross; two times on the cross; and one time on the cross, after He died.

There are seven manifestations of the Holy Spirit.

Within the seven manifestations, Isaiah 11 reveals an additional sevenfold revelations of the Holy Spirit.

There are 7,000 years of human history in three ages: 4,000 years before Jesus, 2,000 years after Him, and the millennium. A thousand years is like a day, and a day like a thousand years.

Even without the Bible, God’s eternal power and divine nature are clear and obvious through His works, the things He has made, His gifts and provision for every person, and more, so that man is without excuse (Romans 1:20).

The Bible confirms and reveals God’s plan for humanity and for every person. His plan is revealed and fulfilled in Jesus.

The only true God is an eternal mystery and revelation. Yet, He can be summed up in one word, one name, one Person: Jesus.
